What's the score? Sophia's turning 4!  Happy 4th Birthday to our beautiful "Baby Doll" - Sophia. 

This year has brought a change from a toddler to a little girl.  She has proven to be quite athletic this year -- taking gymnastics (learning to do a cartwheel and a pull-up) as well as learning to swim this summer.

Her personality has really blossomed as well.  She is happy, vibrant and very verbal - using words like "hilarious", "fabulous", and "identical."  She knows how to spell her name and surprises us with her memory skills.  She is very loving and often tells us that she loves us and gives us hugs.

Sophia has been such a blessing in our lives and such a miracle since her premature birth.  There is only one word that even comes close to describing our love for her, "agape".  Agape is the Greek word for the type of "love" that is is selfless, sacrificial and unconditional - the depth of our love for this precious daughter has no end.  We stand amazed and pray for God's light to shine brilliantly through her.
